A man, who harnessed Right to Information Act in India for the benefit of the society, proved that the social change starts at the individual and dedicated the every hour of his life to bring relief to the poor and the needy people. Born and raised in the village Sadulpur, Churu (Rajasthan, India) he left with a hand bag of clothes at the age of 21. Using his education B.E. (Plastic Engineering) and M.A. (Economics) when working as an Administrative Officer for the Government of Rajasthan, India, he created phenomenal chain of helping hands and volunteers across the State of Rajasthan. Revolutionary, visionary and above all "a good heart"
